Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows;

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeits the cost of the first night or 30% of the entire stay

Cancellations within 14 days forfeits 30% if the first night.

We are a small boutique guest house and we cannot afford to operate a free cancellation policy like the bigger hotel chains.

However, we will always take into consideration extenuating circumstances and offer a credit note for future use. If for medical reasons we may ask for proof of same.
