Here at Lynster House, we always make every effort to accommodate all our potential guests prior to their booking confirmation.

Our general practice is to request 25-30% deposit at time of booking.

This is non-refundable (however exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration)

Online bookings via our website take 25% up front. (non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances).

If you wish to discuss your specific needs, deposits or any other matter, we are happy to discuss by way of a phone call.

A cancellation fee applies if cancelled two weeks prior to arrival. (again exceptional circumstances will always be considered).

There is no refund for short notice last-minute cancellation. (within 48 hours of arrival) and full amount may be taken subject to circumstances.

Any booking can be re-scheduled subject to availability without incurring any extra charges for same room booking.
